If so which ones? I’m in my mid 30′s and just started working out again, and I want to build muscle mass. Am I better off just sticking to the weights without anything or would a supplement help me put on some extra muscle and increase my strength at a greater rate?

March 30th, 2012 I am 160 lbs. and 6’2. The muscles that i do have are quite ‘ripped’ and i am going to train a lot this summer so i was wondering if anything you had like a drink or protein shake worked.
